Personal service and direct expert contact instead of call centres: That's what sets BDAE apart, as confirmed once again by the F.A.Z. Institute.

The renowned F.A.Z. Institute has once again awarded BDAE with its seal of special customer loyalty in the field of specialty insurance. The basis for this award was the countless statements from consumers on the web, which the institute collected and analysed using the so-called social listening method.

For the analysis, the Institute for Management and Economic Research applied various crawling and processing methods: the internet was searched for specific terms, and the collected data was then analysed according to certain criteria.

In a video interview with Mein Geld Medien, Managing Director Philipp Belau emphasizes the great strength of BDAE: "BDAE is not a large corporation," says Belau. "And that is precisely our strength: flat hierarchies and short communication channels are natural for us." This well-coordinated team manages to highlight the personal and approachable aspect in customer service, especially compared to large companies.

One of the main reasons for this close customer relationship is the fact that the insurer BDAE originated from the association of the same name: following the motto "by travellers for travellers," the association and insurer have been committed for over 25 years to providing comprehensive and long-term support to people abroad. At the end of last year, BDAE was honoured with the Assekuranz-Award. The jury of industry experts awarded this recognition for the extensive expertise in the field of international insurance and international employee deployment.
